Macaroni elbows immersed in a creamy gouda, mozzarella, parmesan and tasty cheese sauce (V)
Red and green cabbage, carrot and thinly sliced red onion doused in our home made ranch dressing (V)
Smoked potatoes, house made bacon, free range eggs and vegies with Carolina gold mustard dressing (V - on request)
Black beans, smoked sweet corn, capsicum, red onion and coriander with a tex mex salsa (V, VG)
Fresh, juicy sweet corn cobs coated in our 'Get Trucked' spice rub then slow smoked until tender (V)
Garden fresh vegetables and mixed leaf lettuce, with a side of creamy house made ranch and balsamic dressing (V)
Smoked root vegetables, baby spinach, White Stone fetta with a balsamic reduction (V)
Meat selections
Beef brisket slow smoked with salt pepper and garlic for up to 12 hours
Pork belly smoked for 3 hours rubbed with our TN OG rub
St louis ribs rubbed with our OG rub and smoked for 5 hours
Chicken wings rubbed with our GC rub and smoked for 2 hours
Hand made jalapeno cheese sausages smoked for an hour
Te Mana Lamb shoulder smoked for 5 hours until fall apart tender
